Kailene Oliveros is the Director of Clinical Operations and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She has been with the Hawaii Keiki Program since 2017. She was previously the APRN for the Leilehua-Mililani-Waialua Complex Area and the Oahu RN/APRN Supervisor. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Northern Colorado. Following her master’s degree in nursing from Regis University, she earned a doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) from UH Manoa Nursing in 2022.
Kailene is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a nationally certified school nurse (NCSN) by the National Association of School Nurses. She also serves as adjunct faculty for NAWSON precepting graduate NP/DNP students at UH Manoa. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the National Association of School Nurses.
