CODA Third-Party Comments

Dear Students, Faculty, Colleagues, Alumni, and Constituents,

The Department of Dental Hygiene at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Nancy Atmospera-Walch School of Nursing is hosting an on-site evaluation team from the Commission on Dental Accreditation on September 14 and 15, 2023 as part of the accreditation renewal process for the baccalaureate dental hygiene program.

We invite our communities of interest and the public such as faculty, students, program administrators, specialty, and dental-related organizations, patients and consumers the opportunity to provide comments pertaining to the standards of the UH Manoa Dental Hygiene Program or policies and procedures used in the Commission’s accreditation process.

Please note that signed or unsigned comments will be accepted. Names and/or signatures will be removed from comments prior to being forwarded to the program.

Comments are due in the Commission’s office by July 15, 2023 and should be directed to:
