The 2020 UH Manoa Nursing Bachelor of Science New Student Orientation is a mandatory two-day event for students who will start the program in August 2020. Students begin the 1st semester of nursing coursework (Nurs 210/L, 211, 212) in fall 2020.
New Student Orientation Agenda
A detailed agenda for both days will be emailed to 1st semester students.
On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, UH Manoa Nursing will host the 2020 Pledging Ceremony for 1st semester students online via Zoom Webinar with the option for family and friends to join as attendees. During the Virtual Pledging Ceremony, 1st semester students will recite the Nightingale Pledge to signify their commitment to provide health care to the best of their abilities for their patients.
All other activities during New Student Orientation are only for students.

Cost
New Student Orientation is mandatory for students. There is no cost to attend the Pledging Ceremony for family and friends.
