Community Representative Sought for the UH Manoa Nursing PHD Curriculum, Evaluation, and Student Affairs Committee

The PhD Curriculum, Evaluation, and Student Affairs Committee is seeking an external representative to serve on the 2015-16 PhD committee.  The community representative is an individual who does not hold a regular faculty appointment with the Department of Nursing.  The position is not compensated.

The purpose of the PhD Curriculum, Evaluation, and Student Affairs Committee is to address the curriculum, evaluation and student affairs component of the PhD Program.  The community representative is a voting member of the committee. The term of office is one academic year (now through May 15, 2016).  The committee meets every fourth Monday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. In Webster Hall.  A phone bridge is available if it is not possible to attend in person.

The community representative must
•    Have a PhD
•    Have research experience
•    Be able to attend the meetings (in person or via phone)
