IT Fair

The second annual IT Fair happened on Monday, August 25th. Some of the topics that were covered were Examsoft, iPeer, GoToMeeting, The Self-Introduction Video, and several cool new tools on the Intranet. Attendees received sashes, pins and a certificate for attending and visiting the booths. Introducing GoToMeeting

GoToMeeting makes it easy to see and hear the people in your online meeting. Do you have a course group meeting coming up and can’t get everyone to Webster Hall? No sweat, simply contact the MID Team (midteam@hawaii.edu or 956-5348) to set-up a GoToMeeting. You will receive a message containing a 1) phone number to call in for those who don’t have access to a computer, 2) a link for those that do have a computer or mobile device, and 3) general instructions. Copy and paste these details from the MID Team email to send to your people. Voila, it’s that easy. You’re going to love it.
